This depends on the availability of the goods and where you want them delivered. Usually orders can be delivered the next day, meaning even if you’ve left it last minute you can still get that all-important shop in. Remember that your basket must be above £40 for delivery and that orders over £75 will qualify for free delivery, whilst orders of £40-£75 will cost £2.99-£6.99.
What happens if Ocado deliver something that isn’t right?
Make sure you go through your order when it arrives as this will make the returns process that much easier! Your Ocado driver will take you through any substitutions that have been made and you’ll be able to turn down any replacements you don’t like. If an issue arises with a product after your driver has left, contact customer services on 0345 656 1234 to get it sorted.
