How much does it cost to get my Morrisons order delivered?
This depends on where you live and what you’re ordering, but delivery tends to cost between £1 and £5. For a more cost-effective option, particularly if you’re planning on making more than one order with Morrisons, we’d recommend investing in a Morrisons Delivery Pass, which will get you unlimited delivery for a monthly, six monthly or annual payment.
There’s a problem with my Morrisons product, can I return it?
Non-perishable products can be refunded up to 14 days after delivery, whilst perishable products (with a best before date that’s 6 weeks or fewer from date of delivery) can be cancelled at any time prior to the cut-off date set out in the confirmation email. Contact customer services if you’re in any doubt.
