HelloFresh operates as a flexible subscription to ensure that all meal deliveries work according to your individual schedule. This means there is no minimum term, and you can change, cancel or skip your deliveries whenever you want. So, if you’re off on holiday, just log into your HelloFresh account to cancel your order by midnight on Wednesday the week before your next delivery.
How do I use my Hello Fresh discount code?
Select your offer and copy the code provided. Follow the link to the HelloFresh website and shop for your box. When you’re ready to pay, tick the box that asks if you have a discount code and paste your code into the box labelled ‘Coupon’ to redeem. All that’s left to do is complete the checkout process!
How many HelloFresh recipes can I choose each week?
This depends on the plan you choose! If you order the Classic, Rapid or the Family 3, 4 & 5 meal boxes, you will have the opportunity to choose from up to 18 recipes per week. You can update your meals at any time - just log into your account, select the ‘My Menu’ tab, scroll to the correct week and hit ‘Edit menu’ at the bottom of the page.
Are there any ingredients HelloFresh does not provide?
There are a few basic ingredients you will need to have in your cupboards at home: cooking oil, butter, salt, pepper, and sugar.
