If you receive an error message when uploading photos, the message should detail what the issue is - usually, it’s because it is in the wrong format or dimensions. PhotoBox accepts photos in JPEG or PNG format, sized between 40kB and 25MB and with a dimension not exceeding 90 million pixels.
