If you change your mind, no problem. You have 30 days to return your order, just contact Viking’s customer service and it can arrange the return. When the driver comes to collect the order they will have a returns label so you do not need to add an address to the return package. If you return your whole order you will also receive the delivery charge of the item.
I’ve ordered a bulk load of stationary for us and the kids, can I track when this will arrive?
Yes you can, just log in to your Viking account and look at your Order History. Choose the order you wish to track by clicking “order details and delivery”. Viking will email you an order confirmation and delivery email which advises you when your goods are out for delivery too.
