A Mumsnetter's guide to The Works
I want to stock up on some books for the kids to brush up on their reading over the upcoming school holidays. What are the delivery options available from The Works?
Standard delivery is free when you spend over £20, or £2.99 otherwise. Next day delivery is available when you’re in more of a rush for £4.99 if you’re ordering before 7pm. Free Click & Collect is another option that might be more suitable for you, and this takes 3-5 working days.
I bought a few toys for my youngest’s birthday but it seems everyone else had the same idea and now we have too many! Does The Works accept returns?
You can send unwanted items back to The Works within 30 days, either to your nearest store or via post. If posting, you’ll find the address at the bottom of your order confirmation and you’ll need to send your items back along with original documents, obtaining a proof of postage receipt.
