We always take our pet on holiday, can we bring animals to Haven parks?
Almost all of Haven’s parks are dog-friendly, coming with dog-friendly caravans and many with dog-friendly beaches too. Just select the number of dogs you’re bringing when searching for rooms and you’ll be away! See its pet policy for more details.
One of my kids has a disability, will Haven be able to accommodate this?

What happens if something comes up and we can’t go to our Haven holiday?
If this should happen, you’ll need to contact Haven’s customer service department on 0330 100 66 33. If you’ve purchased Haven’s Holiday Protection Cancellation Plan, you’ll be charged £50 to cancel as well as the insurance premium, plus a percentage of the holiday cost depending on how far in advance you cancel. If you don’t take out a cancellation plan or sort your own cover, you’ll lose the entire holiday cost, see the cancellation policy for more details.
The kids need to be kept occupied, can I book Haven activities in advance?
Yes, Haven’s Prepaid Activity Bundles are a great way to ensure everyone has lots of exciting things to do! Buying in advance makes the activities cheaper too, so you’ll get money off when you plan ahead. Facilities vary from park to park and can include watersports, crazy golf, rope courses, go-karts and beyond!
