Standard delivery takes 2-3 days. It costs £3.99 for orders between £0 and £19.99, and £2.49 for orders between £20 and £49.99. There’s free shipping on orders of more than £50, and express delivery is available if you’re after your order in a hurry!
I have Celiac disease, are Exante products gluten free?
All Exante Meal Replacement Shakes are gluten free, but they are manufactured in a facility that produces products containing wheat.
I’ve just found out I’m pregnant! Can I continue using Exante products?
Congratulations! As your growing baby needs plenty of nutrients, it’s important you’re eating a full and balanced diet to cater to their needs. It’s advisable to avoid weight loss and Vitamin A supplements during pregnancy, so Exante isn’t suitable for pregnant women.
I’ve got a big event coming up for work, can I have a glass of wine while on an Exante meal plan?
You should avoid alcohol on any Exante plan as a general rule. The Total Solution and Man Plan are strictly no alcohol, as drinking will kick your body out of ketosis. For Flexi-Solution and 5:2 Diet, alcohol isn’t recommended, but if you do end up having a drink, opt for spirits and a sugar-free mixer to keep your calorie count down.
I’m not sure Exante is right for me. Can I return my products if I’ve changed my mind?
