Yes, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt (or within 14 days for outlet or sale items) for a refund. Remember that items must be in unused condition, with unbroken seals and include a despatch note as proof of purchase. Collection can be arranged by contacting the Customer Services Team or using Hermes ParcelShop and you can also return items to Monsoon’s warehouse.
