You have a 30 day cooling off period to return or exchange your order. You can exchange any item at your local store provided it’s in its original presentation box and in original condition. If you wish to return an item by post you can do so free of charge but you cannot exchange your item this way. Once returned you will then be refunded to the payment card used to make the order.
