If you simply can’t wait for your new order to arrive, French Connection’s Next Day Delivery service is the one for you — it costs just £7. If things aren’t quite so urgent, Standard Delivery is free on orders over £50 (£3.95 on orders below) and will have your items with you in 3-5 working days. You can also click & collect if you’d prefer!
What if things don’t work out with my French Connection order? Can I return it?
Not every fashion story ends in a ‘happily ever after’, but you can return your unwanted items within 14 days from the date of purchase to make things right. Note that this doesn’t include items with a security or hygiene seal or label, unless the item is faulty. Remember the items must be returned unused and in fully resaleable condition. Just pop your items in their original package with the filled-out returns form you received in your order and send them back via Royal Mail, InPost or Pass My Parcel. French Connection’s handy store locator will show you your nearest FC. Then you can head there and enjoy browsing its range, trying on new pieces and chatting to the store assistants who are full of useful advice.
