Many items can be returned to eBay sellers and the first step would be to contact your seller by logging into your account and selecting Contact Seller in your purchase history. You can then message them to let them know you’re requesting a return and to receive their instructions.
I’m having an issue with an eBay seller after not receiving an item I ordered. What can I do?
If you’ve already tried contacting the seller and not yet received a response or there's a problem, visit the ‘Resolution Centre’ on the eBay site to take further action. This will report the problem to eBay and it will be able to help you further.
I’ve bid on a laptop for my son's birthday gift but I’m having second thoughts, is it too late to cancel my eBay bid?
In most cases, you can retract your bid as long as you do so more than 12 hours before the auction is due to close. For any time after this, you’ll have to get in touch with the seller directly.
