Our plans might change, will we be able to cancel our DFDS tickets?
This depends on which type of tickets you book — opt for Economy tickets and you won’t be able to get a refund, but Flexi tickets are (as the name suggests) a lot more flexible. You can cancel your tickets for a full refund up to 48 hours before travel!
What if I’m travelling with passengers with reduced mobility on DFDS?
Disabled passengers can of course be accommodated, just be sure to let DFDS know in advance so that any appropriate arrangements can be made. See DFDS' access policy for a full list of accessibility features on its ships and at its ports.
