Does Converse offer free shipping?
Yes - when you buy from the Converse online store, standard shipping is free for all orders over £50, or otherwise will cost £5.50. This standard option takes 3-4 working days. You can also opt for express shipping for £12, which will arrive in 2-3 working days.
My new Converse shoes don’t fit - what’s the returns policy? You can return items(in new condition within 30 days for a refund. It’s easy (and free!) to do so - just package your items back in the box they came in, fill out the returns label that came with your order, stick it to the box and drop it off at your nearest post office.
