How do I use these Alton Towers deals?

Where do I pick up my Alton Towers tickets?
If you made the smart decision to purchase your tickets in advance to cut costs, you can pick them up at any of the ticket booths located at the Alton Towers park entrance.
Does Alton Towers accept returns on pre-booked tickets?
Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable. However, it is possible to swap your date of booking so that your tickets don’t have to go to waste. Please get in touch with Alton Towers through this online contact form and a member of the support team will be in touch.

Can young children enter Alton Towers for free?
Alton Towers prides itself on being a family-friendly resort and allows children under 3 years old to visit the theme park for free. You can also buy discounted family tickets when you book online in advance, and all entry tickets include access to CBeebies Land and Sharkbait Reef by SEA LIFE.
Is there somewhere to leave our buggy at Alton Towers while we enjoy the rides?
Absolutely! There are buggy parks located throughout Alton Towers Park next to most of the family rides as well as in CBeebies land. Download a theme park map and look out for the Buggy Park symbol to find your nearest location.
Alternatively, you could hire a buggy at Towers Trading Co. near the Main Entrance. Single buggies cost £10, double buggies cost £15, and both are subject to availability as it isn’t possible to pre-book.
